Credit Controller
Leeds City Centre | Up to £32,000 | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)

We are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a well-established international organisation based in Leeds City Centre. The Role
As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining an assigned sales ledger
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Negotiating payment plans where required
- Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
- Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end activities
- Working closely with the wider finance team to improve cash flow and reduce debtor days
About You
- Previous experience within a Credit Control role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing a high-volume ledger
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Excel and systems knowledge
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
