Credit Controller
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business in Dartford who are seeking a Credit Controller to join their business.
Duties:
- Contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue invoices
- Investigate disputes with client accounts and resolve in a timely manner
- Review and improve credit control processes in-house
- Ensure compliance is met
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by the finance team
- Build and maintain relationship with customers
Desirable:
- Good time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Stakeholder management
Salary and information:
- £32,000 – £36,000
- Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in 2 days from home
