Your Company:
An established business services company with excellent growth potential are searching for a Credit Controller to join the team in the Southampton area.
Your Role:
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting to manage several client accounts, handling matters relating to their credit control
- Proactively making credit control calls to chase current and overdue debt, with the expectation of 50-80 calls per day.
- Providing clients with updates on their accounts and credit control situation
- Escalating any issues up towards the Collections Manager
- Performing against targets individually whilst contributing to the
overall productivity of the team - Undertaking any additional ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the Senior Management team
You MUST Have:

- Previous credit control or collections experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong, positive telephone manner
- Good ability to use Microsoft Office and accounting systems such as Sage
Your Opportunity:
The position holder will join a bustling team of developing Credit Controllers, at multiple levels, under the keen guidance of the Collections Manager. This team deal with multiple aspects of Credit Control, in both an internal and external capacity for their clients.
For this position, applicants could receive a salary up to £33,000 depending upon experience, with a discretionary profit & performance-related bonuses. You will also be eligible to receive a plethora of other benefits and rewards to compliment this base salary, including excellent holiday, pension, employee schemes and opportunities.
