Duties:
To provide admin support to the CRM Team, including inbox management ensuring a timely response to queries and escalating when required. Data processing. Organising training events and meetings as and when required. Contribute to maintaining and continuously improving the CRM system and associated documentation – ie training guides. Support the CRM Team in the delivery of its objectives , including the rollout of CRM to the while organisation. Demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude and a flexible and resourceful approach. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post. A delightfully warm and approachable manner. Always happy to help. Good team player
