The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic CRM Marketing Officer role. This position involves managing and optimising customer journeys to enhance outcomes through multi-channel communication, data analysis, and strategic campaign planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimise journey maps to improve conversion rates from enquiry to onboarding.
- Coordinate touchpoints across channels to deliver a cohesive experience.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights, supporting targeted marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on recruitment funnel performance, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and implement automated, personalised communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in recruitment tactics and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate data collection in CRM systems to ensure measurement effectiveness and optimise campaign performance.
- Contribute to planning and deploying high-impact activities during peak periods.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in journey mapping across multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of communication funnels, customer behaviour, and factors influencing decision-making.
- Practical experience working with CRM systems and data to segment audiences and enhance conversion outcomes.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and refine campaigns across various channels.
- Skilled in monitoring and evaluating marketing metrics, with experience in using reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of working proactively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in data analysis and insight-driven decision support.
- Comfortable leading and coordinating project activities with minimal supervision.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 per annum
