Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, showcasing professionalism and empathy
- Diagnose issues and provide efficient and accurate solutions on the first call
- Utilise internal systems and knowledge bases to assist customers confidently
- Document interactions clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes

- Strong experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent communication and active listening skills

- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
