Specsavers
At Specsavers, we're transforming how we connect with customers—moving beyond one-off communications to creating seamless, connected experiences across every stage of the journey. As our Customer Retention Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping this evolution, helping us deliver more personalised, omnichannel experiences that keep customers engaged and coming back.
You'll use customer data from multiple sources to uncover meaningful insights and identify opportunities to improve retention and customer lifetime value. Working closely with analytics and marketing teams, you'll turn those insights into data-led strategies and personalised journeys, ensuring the right customers are reached at the right time, through the right channels. You'll also focus on driving measurable impact through clear KPIs, testing frameworks and continuous optimisation.
We're looking for someone who's truly hands-on with data, confident analysing complex information and turning it into clear, actionable insight. You'll bring proven experience in CRM, customer lifecycle or database marketing, alongside the ability to create targeted, multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation tools. Strong skills in data visualisation, segmentation and campaign planning will be key to success. Experience in hands-on data analytics would be beneficial.
You'll work collaboratively across CRM, digital, analytics and global teams, building strong relationships and confidently influencing stakeholders at all levels. With a curious, proactive mindset, you'll help shape smarter, more connected customer experiences—balancing insight, creativity and data to drive meaningful outcomes for both our customers and the business.
