Logistics Administrator
Burgess Hill (outskirts), £23,132 p/a initially paid weekly whilst temporary, Monday to Friday 9am – 4:30pm, performance bonus scheme, store discounts, pension, free parking, summer BBQ, reduced hours over Christmas.
The role:
We are delighted to be working with a fantastic local business who are seeking a Customer Service Exec / Logistics Administrator to join their growing business. This is a team driven environment offering a high quality and personal service to their clients, and this role will require someone that is adaptable, willing to learn and be flexible towards the needs of the wider team.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails from clients relating to new and existing bookings/deliveries
- Track parcels or pallets in order to provide updates
- Investigate any issues that may arise during transport via road, sea and air
- Engage directly with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations
- Assist the wider team with any paperwork or administrative duties from time to time
Requirements:
It is essential that you have excellent communication and administration skills to carry out this role effectively. You will need to be comfortable working in an office environment using various systems. You will need to drive and have your own mode of transport due to rural location.

£23,132 p/a
