Customer Service Administrator
We are working with an established and market-leading, independent supply and distribution company who work with Nationwide clients.
Due to business demands they are seeking an additional member of staff to work in their busy customer service team.
- £25,500 – £27,500
- Based in Chessington
- Free onsite parking
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers via telephone, email or face to face
- Taking details of orders and inputting information accurately onto the inhouse database
- Advising on availability of stock and delivery dates
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times
Person Specification:
- Previous Administration and customer service skills
- Possess excellent communication Skills
- Be numerate and literate
- Have excellent PC Skills
- Be able to work either on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to act in a calm and professional manner at all times
- Proactive, and positive, with a ‘can-do attitude
- Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
- Ability to multitask
Additional Information:
- Working hours 08.00 – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday
- 31 Days Holiday including bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown
