Your new role
As Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Acting as a central point of contact, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a busy office environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Processing orders, bookings, and service requests accurately
- Updating internal systems with customer and job information
- Liaising with internal teams to coordinate service delivery
- Resolving customer queries and escalating issues where required
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer service administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and positive approach to work
