Day-to-day of the role:
Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and delivery information.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Order Entry & Processing
- Accurately input customer orders into company systems.
- Verify order details, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Monitor order status and update customers on progress or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
General Administration
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and customer documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (desirable).
