About the role
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts and supporting the full order lifecycle—from initial enquiry through to delivery—ensuring accuracy and excellent service at every stage.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries
- Providing updates on lead times and delivery schedules
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Raising invoices and applying correct carriage rates
- Ensuring a smooth, end-to-end customer journey from order receipt to fulfilment
About you:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar customer service / order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
