Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Manage the companies shared email inbox.
- Keep the CRM database up to date, logging interactions, next actions, and customer feedback.
- Provide administration support to the Key Account Managers, including preparation of documents, checking deliveries, and updating order details.
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, ensuring a professional response within service level targets.
- Quote follow-ups: Track and follow up quotations, ensuring responses are timely and recorded.
- Customer calls: Make outbound calls to progress enquiries, gather feedback, or provide updates.
- Escalation & communication: Flag urgent or complex issues to colleagues quickly and clearly.

Customer Service Administrator Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning a CRM database.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Email.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues.
- To be proactive, enthusiastic, with a positive approach.
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 4:30pm within 30-minute lunch break
