An established company are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves providing first class customer service to clients, managing and processing incoming orders and responding to customer queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Salary: Up to £38,000 (OTE/bonuses)
- Office based
- Free onsite parking
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, understanding client needs and dealing with enquiries/orders
- Processing orders accurately and promptly to meet the needs of the customer
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Working to set KPIs, achieving and exceeding targets for orders and calls
- Managing the incoming sales inbox of orders
- Keeping customers updated on the scheduled delivery date and any changes on products, efficiently backordering items and offering an alternative
- Remaining knowledgeable on a range of products to give technical advice to customers
- Processing balances on a daily basis using the in-house system
- Following through urgent orders for customers
- Assisting with delivery queries and following through to completion
- Having a thorough knowledge of how all systems and processes work
Customer Service Administrator skills/competencies:
- Proven experience within a similar role desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
