Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client, a respected professional services organisation in Bath, with their search for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering first-class support to customers across a range of channels, including email, web chat, post, and telephone.
DAY TO DAY
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries across a range of channels
- Supporting customers with setting up and managing their accounts
- Handling a variety of customer requests and processing transactions accurately
- Promoting and assisting with the use of online services and digital tools
- Taking ownership of customer queries and providing excellent service at all times
- Ensuring company policies and compliance standards are followed
- Collaborating with colleagues across different teams and providing support when needed
- Getting involved in initiatives to improve customer experience and retention
WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and empathetic approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently when required
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and time management skills
