Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £25,000 rising to £26,250 after probation
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a high level of service is provided to both clients and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing clear, professional advice and resolving client queries
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Managing and updating customer records and correspondence
- Responding to emails and allocating queries where necessary
- Monitoring daily workloads and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Supporting with administrative duties and team projects as required
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:30am – 5:00pm
- 1 in 10 Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary of £25,000
- Increase to £26,250 upon successful completion of probation
- 23 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to an additional 5 days)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
