Customer Service Advisor

Full-Time – Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 4.45pm – 40 Hours per Week

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our client based in Swindon.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the high level of service. No two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing shared email inboxes across different departments.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with orders and product enquiries.
- Processing and dispatching product samples.
- Following up customer quotations and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Supporting the sales, purchasing, accounts and management teams with general administration.
- Providing cover for colleagues and assisting in other areas of the business when required.
About You
- Has previous customer service experience.
- Has excellent communication skills, both over the phone and by email.
- Is organised, reliable and has strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys working in a busy small team environment.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and happy to learn new software systems.
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
