Day to Day
- Handling member complaints & retention opportunities
- Investigating issues thoroughly and working with internal teams to find quick, effective solutions
- Keeping member records up to date and ensuring accurate service delivery
- Supporting members with account activations and bookings
- Collaborating with Business Development & Credit Control teams to streamline processes
