Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update member records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Correct spelling errors and standardise data (e.g. town, city, country fields)
- Identify and resolve missing information
- Contact members to obtain or confirm details where required
About You
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing a high workload and meeting tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills
- Experience with CRM systems or data cleansing is desirable
