Our client is looking to enhance their team and currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Resolution Associate to join their growing organisation based in modern offices in the Bracknell area.
Working within this servicing environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to customers by delivering positive outcomes and exceptional service. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to resolve enquiries, support customer journeys, and ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering fair and customer-focused solutions within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Investigate and manage customer concerns and enquiries in a fair, professional, and timely manner.
· Deliver positive customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Manage and prioritise customer communications to ensure service levels are consistently achieved.
· Support the Customer Resolution Manager with case management and customer service initiatives.
· Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
· Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer matters efficiently.
· Assist with customer information requests and regulatory processes when required.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the customer journey.
· Ensure adherence to Consumer Duty principles and relevant FCA regulations.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
· Previous customer service experience within a telephone-based environment.
· Experience within Financial Services, Mortgage Servicing, Banking, Insurance, or another regulated sector would be advantageous.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· A confident and professional telephone manner.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
