Customer Service Consultant – Dartford Kent – CP Hart – Hybrid Working

As a Customer Service Consultant based in Dartford Kent you’ll be responsible for:

Handling customer queries efficiently via phone, email and online platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Providing technical advise and troubleshooting support on bathroom products, installations and spare parts.

Follow up on customer cases to ensure swift resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, inline with C.P. Hart values.

Stay up to date with new product ranges, technical advancements, and best practices to provide accurate advice.
This role is a full time, permanent position, 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 with 30min break. No weekend work required, office based role with hybrid opportunity 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Proven experience in a customer service, aftersales, or technical advisory role, preferably within the bathroom, plumbing, or interiors industry.
- Strong technical understanding of bathroom products, including fittings, installations, and plumbing systems, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge if not already possessed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer resolution.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
