Description
- Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in handling complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
