We are seeking an energetic and driven candidate who is looking for a career which offers them genuine career opportunities, to be progressed into an Account Management role.

Duties:
- Managing and developing strong relationships with clients ensuring that you are exceeding standards and needs are met.
- Taking client telephone calls with excellent phone manner and a level of professionalism dealing with any inquiries or handling any issues effectively.
- Actively utilising the system to track/manage client accounts and prepare reports.
- Responding to any email inquiries ensuring timely communication.
- Creating rapport with clients to build long lasting and solid relationships.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous office experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills whether its via telephone or email.
- Able to be personable and create long lasting relationships.
- Can multitask and exhibit high organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Hold a problem-solving attitude.
- High level of attention to detail.
