No prior call centre experience? No problem. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and become exceptional customer service professionals.
? The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and resolving enquiries with confidence and care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering incoming customer calls across multiple service areas, including:
- Recycling & Waste
- Pest Control
- Street Maintenance
- And more…
- Providing accurate information and resolving enquiries efficiently
- Updating multiple IT systems in real time
- Always keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do

Working Pattern
- Full-time only (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: 08:50am – 17:03pm
- Based initially full-time in the Wembley Civic Centre for training (first 3 months)
- After training: Hybrid working (2 days from home, office attendance Tues–Thurs)
Contract Details
- Ongoing temporary assignment with strong potential to become long-term / permanent
- We’re looking for candidates who want to grow with us
Requirements
- Must pass a standard DBS check
- Available to start immediately
Recruitment Process

- Stage 2: 1-hour face-to-face assessment (Wembley Civic Centre)
