Customer Services Representative
Location: Shipley, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £30k DOE
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm, 37.5hrs
We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service from first contact to resolution.
About the Role
You will handle a wide range of customer enquiries across phone, email, webchat, and social media. The role involves taking full ownership of queries, supporting customers with digital tools, managing workloads to meet KPIs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels

Log and escalate complaints in line with policy

Take ownership of tasks from start to finish

Support customers with digital self-serve tools

Manage workstreams to meet KPIs and deadlines

Work collaboratively across teams

Provide feedback on systems and customer experience
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' customer service experience

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Target-driven and customer-focused

Confident using social media platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to work independently and as part of a team

GCSE/O-Level or NVQ Level 2/3 in customer service or administration
