If so, we are currently looking for a Customer Contact Specialist to support within a small team for a global medical device company. You would be providing Customer support to ensure all needs are met and resolutions reached efficiently and effectively.
Role details:
Job Title: Customer Contact Specialist
Work Location: Abingdon
Contract Type: 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £29,250 per annum
Hours: 9AM – 5PM (Mon – Fri)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing customer queries via multiple communication channels
- Organising service bookings for occupational health services
- Coordination of clinics, managing schedules, and appointments
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure clinics run successfully
- Administrative support
Person Specification:
- Experience within customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support
- Strong with using CRM systems
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
