Customer Services Team Leader | Poole | Up to £36,000

As a Customer Services Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5 Customer Experience Associates, holding them accountable against clear KPIs
- Owning service standards across phone and email, ensuring response times and order processing targets are consistently hit
- Managing team workloads and priorities, keeping accuracy and attention to detail front and centre
- Delivering internal improvement projects on time and to a high standard
- Overseeing order processing, account set-ups, consignments and commercial invoicing across ERP and CRM systems
- Leading from the front, stepping in on calls and customer queries when the team needs you
As a Customer Services Team Leader, your experience will include:
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team within customer service, sales support or order processing
- A track record of managing team performance against KPIs, including coaching and one-to-ones
- Confidence working with ERP and CRM systems, with strong Excel skills
- Experience in a B2B, distribution or product-led environment
- A calm, organised approach with high accuracy under pressure
