12-Month Maternity Cover | Fully Onsite
I'm looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to support a key customer account and assist with wider customer service and admin duties. This is a fully onsite role and a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job rating, rate checks, invoicing, and credits
- Resolve queries, review RCNs, and check charges
- Maintain rate screens and oversee the shared mailbox
- Support customer service admin (emails, bookings, call overs, data input)
- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and IT support
- Assist with general admin and provide holiday cover
About You
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and willing to learn new systems
- Full driving licence required (office location requires own transport)
