Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to London & Canterbury for meetings) Contract: Permanent | Full-time Salary: £26,445
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor to join a highly experienced, service-driven team within the professional education sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning, and customer interaction, supporting both students and corporate clients across the UK and internationally.

The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team led by experienced managers, you will act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat • Supporting with registrations, membership, SPS and recertification queries • Guiding students on training materials, qualification pathways and exam availability • Providing support to both students and corporate clients • Building knowledge across a range of professional qualifications • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled accurately and efficiently • Working collaboratively with team members to manage workload and maintain service levels • Continuously learning and applying policies, procedures, and systems
This is a varied role where the team manages the full customer journey, rather than working in a siloed function.
Essential:
• Previous customer service experience (phone, email, or live chat) • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to learn and retain complex information • High attention to detail and accuracy • A proactive, team-oriented approach • A genuine interest in building a long-term career
Additional Requirements:
• A quiet, dedicated workspace for remote working • Willingness to attend occasional in-person team events
