Customer Fulfilment Analyst (French-speaking)

£31,000 annaul salary (£15.90/hr)
37.5 hours/week (Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30, Fri half-day)

Randstad are working alongside a global household name who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Analyst to join their team and be the heartbeat of their order management, ensuring exceptional service for their French market.
Key Duties:
- Manage end-to-end order processing and stock allocations in SAP.
- Coordinate promotional grids and trade events with local sales teams.
- Monitor order flow, proactively identify bottlenecks, and resolve shipping issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Supply Chain) to ensure "on-time and in-full" delivery.
- Maintain Material Master Data accuracy and ensure audit readiness.
Skills/Experience:
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
- Previous background in customer service, order management, or supply chain (SAP knowledge is a huge plus).
- A strong communicator who loves to simplify processes, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
