What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
- Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
- Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
- Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome
- Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
- Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
