Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Manchester – Hybrid
Contract: 12 months contract
Rate: £450 – £500 inside umbrella
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform source-to-target data mapping across complex datasets, defining transformation rules, dependencies, and timing.
- Analyze data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Produce clear, audit-ready documentation including mapping specifications, data dictionaries, and assumptions.
- Interrogate and manipulate data using SQL and advanced Excel across file-based and warehouse environments.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, data architects, and technology teams to clarify and translate requirements.
- Ensure high attention to detail, considering downstream impacts on reporting, SLAs, and operations.
