The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a growing marketing and promotions agency based in North Leicestershire. Working within a collaborative Data Team, you will play an important role in helping a diverse portfolio of clients understand the performance of their campaigns through insightful reporting and analysis.
This role would suit someone with around 2-3 years' experience in a reporting or data analysis position who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful commercial insight. You will work closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to measure campaign success, build engaging dashboards and help clients make better informed decisions.
It is essential that you have experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development and excel and Power Query-based data analysis and preparation.

Role Overview
- Campaign performance analysis – Analyse campaign and customer performance data, producing meaningful insights around ROI, customer engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Power BI reporting – Build, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide clients and internal teams with clear, actionable reporting.
- Data preparation & analysis – Use Excel and Power Query to prepare, manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
- Forecasting & commercial insight – Identify trends, produce forecasts and performance reviews, helping clients understand future opportunities and improve campaign outcomes.
- Stakeholder support – Work closely with Account Managers and the wider Data Team to provide reporting, answer data queries and deliver insight that supports client decision making.
- Data quality – Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of data quality and governance across multiple campaign datasets.
About You
You will have around 2-3 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst or Marketing/Insight Analyst role and be confident working with large datasets to produce meaningful business insight.
You will have strong Excel skills alongside practical experience using Power BI and Power Query to create reports, dashboards and visualisations. Whilst SQL isn't required for this role, you'll enjoy working with data and have a solid understanding of reporting workflows.
You will be naturally analytical, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
