£550-600/day overall assignment rate to umbrella

6-month initial contract

3 days a week onsite in London

Working with a leading retail client who have identified challenges around data quality across HR, identity, and directory platforms.

The programme requires a focused effort to identify, cleanse, and improve data quality at source, working across global business units.

Data Quality Analyst, key skills:

  • Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst within complex enterprise environments
  • Experience working on data quality, data remediation, or data governance initiative
  • Identifying and resolving data quality issues
  • Improving controls around data input and governance within systems
  • Supporting better downstream integration into AD and access management systems
  • Enabling improved security, compliance, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to translate data issues into actionable business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and operational teams
  • Experience working across multiple systems and data sources
  • Ability to facilitate remediation activity across different business units

Desirable:

  • Experience working within identity, access management or directory environments
  • Understanding of Active Directory or similar identity systems
  • Experience working with HR data or workforce systems
