The Role and Deliverables
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and efficient data pipelines
- Deliver clear documentation and communicate findings effectively
- Support ongoing optimisation and monitoring of deployed models
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in data science or applied machine learning within a commercial environment
- Proficiency in Python or R, with experience using relevant libraries and frameworks
- Experience working with SQL and handling large-scale datasets
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences
- Familiarity with model deployment and production environments
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value
