We're looking for a Data Scientist who wants to work at the forefront of machine learning and Generative AI, developin intelligent products that make a genuine difference. From predictive analytics to Large Language Models, you'll play a key role in shaping solutions that help businesses operate more safely, efficiently and intelligently.
You'll join a collaborative team of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Data Engineers and DevOps specialists who are investing heavily in modern AI technologies and building products used by thousands of users worldwide.
This isn't a research role buried away from the business. Your work will be deployed into production, influence product decisions and have a direct impact on customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deploy machine learning models that solve real business problems
- Develop LLM-powered solutions to automate complex workflows and unlock insights from unstructured data
- Build scalable AI products using Python and modern ML frameworks
- Deploy models into AWS and Azure production environments
- Work with Microsoft Fabric to engineer robust data pipelines and features
- Improve model performance through monitoring, retraining and optimisation
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn ideas into production-ready AI solutions
- Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and help shape technical direction
You'll likely have experience with:
- Python and SQL
- TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
- Large Language Models and NLP
- AWS or Azure
- Predictive modelling and machine learning
- Building production-ready AI applications
- Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, MLOps, compliance analytics or risk modelling would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
