Looking for a Concierge role with a better work-life balance?
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional, polished and customer-focused Concierge to join a boutique luxury residential development in North London.
This is a rare Monday-to-Friday position within an exclusive development, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents while delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience in a high-end residential environment.
The Role
As the face of the development, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to residents, visitors and contractors, whilst helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors
- Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Managing parcels, deliveries and key control
- Monitoring CCTV and maintaining building security
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Reporting maintenance, security and health & safety concerns
- Coordinating contractor access and visitor management
- Ensuring communal areas are presented to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate site records, logs and reports
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused resident experience
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Professional, polished and well-presented
- Friendly, approachable and service-driven
- Organised, reliable and proactive
- Confident working independently
- Experienced in dealing with residents, visitors and contractors
- Comfortable using basic IT systems and maintaining records
- Able to remain calm and professional when handling issues or complaints
