Key Tasks
- Service boards, committees, working parties and other formal meetings, including preparation of agendas, reports and minutes, and presenting reports where required.
- Manage administrative work and correspondence arising from meetings.
- Provide guidance, advice, support and information on governance arrangements and procedures.
- Support senior leadership with training and development activities, including organising training sessions, booking conferences and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide dedicated support to senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Assist with work related to elections, ballots and referenda processes where required.
- Carry out duties related to registration processes, including annual updates, ongoing data maintenance and distribution of relevant records to authorised bodies.
- Support liaison with external stakeholders and partner organisations regarding vacancies and governance matters.
