About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our busy mixed dental practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome patients and manage the reception desk
• Book and manage appointments
• Answer phone and email enquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Process NHS and private payments
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
Requirements
• Previous reception experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dental or NHS experience desirable
