As a Department Manager, you'll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager, engaging customers, and helping to drive strong commercial results.

We're looking for an individual with experience in assisted or consultative sales, whether that's from furniture, technology, home improvement, fashion, or even automotive retail.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the leadership team in all aspects of daily operations
- Creating a customer-first culture by leading through example
- Coaching and motivating the team to meet targets and KPIs
- Delivering commercial results through effective team management
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Ensuring the store environment is always welcoming, efficient, and on brand
