Deposit Recovery Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Southend on Sea
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

About the Role
I am seeking a proactive and organised Deposit Recovery Administrator to support a relocation business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks involved in recovering deposits for both short- and long-term rented accommodation. This includes negotiating with agents and landlords, coordinating documentation, and ensuring all actions follow internal authorisation and sign-off procedures.
Efficiency, accuracy, and excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll play a key part in ensuring deposits are recovered in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative processes related to deposit recovery
- Liaise and negotiate professionally with letting agents and landlords
- Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate records
- Follow internal authorisation and sign-off procedures at all times
- Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
