Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a busy and successful hotel in Armagh.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading teams, driving food & beverage performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, and events
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Manage budgets, costs, and profitability
- Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling, and engagement
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Essential Criteria
- Previous hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Experience managing budgets and performance
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience using hotel systems and Microsoft Office
