An established and reputable care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) to support the leadership of a specialist care service in Cheltenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting a dedicated team to achieve outstanding outcomes for the people they support.
The Role
- Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service and deputise in their absence.
- Lead, supervise and develop nursing and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, care planning, medication management and safeguarding.
- Promote independence, dignity and choice for residents.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Support service performance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in a senior nursing, clinical lead or deputy management position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes.
