A client of mine is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to support their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week on-site in London). This opportunity would suit someone who has worked within smaller organisations and enjoys a hands-on, varied support role across both office-based and remote users.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 / O365 administration
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory and User Lifecycle Management
- Comfortable supporting Windows Server environments
- Confident across Windows 11 and macOS user support
- Hands-on with 1st to 2nd line support for endpoints and users
- Familiar with basic Networking and Security troubleshooting
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including Device Management and Policy Configuration
- Proven track record supporting remote and distributed teams
- Exposure to SME / smaller business environments
- Happy to work on-site and provide face-to-face support when required
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Immediate availability
