The Role
Working a rotating 3-shift pattern, you’ll balance practical, day-to-day operations with supporting and developing your team.
Key elements of the role include:
- Lead a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment
- Keep despatch on track by coordinating loads and vehicle movements
- Stay organised and proactive with forward planning
- Support your team with clear direction, coaching, and development
- Take ownership of shift performance, reporting, and standards
- Work closely with other teams to keep everything aligned
