Specialising in multiple (Re)insurance classes of business across various worldwide territories, a brand new opportunity has arisen, an an Account Handler, due to significant growth in our client's US Open Market Property portfolio, This is a Front-End Technical position, that involves working closely with Brokers, with extensive Client and Market involvement.
Role Responsibilities
- As an Account Handler, you will working collaboratively with Brokers, Clients and Insurers
- Assisting with the smooth running of placing risks into the Open Market
- Creating timely and accurate MRC Slips and Endorsements
- Managing and servicing Clients/US Retail Brokers through to renewals
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and markets
- Review client and market documentation to ensure accurate submissions presented to insurers
About you
- 8 years + of London Market experience in a Technical Account Handler / Broker Support role for a Lloyd's Broker
- Extensive experience in creating Open Market MRC Slips and Endorsements for US Property Risks
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
