- Oversee the creation and distribution of content across owned channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
- Manage and optimise owned media platforms to maximise audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with marketing and brand strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the communications team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Monitor and analyse communication campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Drive consistency and growth across the global digital ecosystem.
Profile
The successful Interim, Digital Communications Director – Owned Channels should have:
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align communication initiatives with business goals.
- A strong understanding of audience engagement and digital media trends.
- Expertise in digital communications or digital content marketing, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to advise and influence at senior level.
- A proven track record of delivering high-impact, social-first and digital communications that shape corporate reputation.
- Proven people leadership experience, including leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing substantial budgets.
