The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging digital content across a variety of platforms, supporting brand visibility, audience engagement, and wider organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and manage engaging digital content, including articles, videos, social media posts, emails, and visual assets.
- Plan and deliver content strategies aligned with organisational priorities and target audience needs.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse content performance, using insights to optimise engagement and reach.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content to deadlines.
- Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, compliant, and aligned with relevant guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and digital best practices, bringing fresh ideas to content creation.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in content creation, digital content management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling and detail.
- Experience using content creation and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and improve content strategies.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams.
- Adaptable and open to feedback, with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum
Hybrid working- London
