Digital Marketing Performance Manager – Huddersfield
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
Joining a mid-size marketing team within a growing business, this role takes ownership of Digital Marketing activity, with a focus upon:
- 2 Company websites, including a re-launch project
- User experience, SEO, performance metrics
- Digital marketing campaigns
- CRM integration project
- Lead conversion & generation, analytics
Responsible for:
- Digital marketing strategy – including websites, SEO, digital campaigns, lead generation
- Running, maintaining and improving the digital marketing activities
- Large-scope project work – supporting a website re-launch
- Monitoring integrated digital marketing analytics across all websites, providing insights and recommendation to ensure optimised activity and user engagement
- Management of company-wide integration of CRM for lead retrieval
- Scope and review relevant KPIs throughout campaigns and projects
- Play an active part in generation of ideas
- Manage and create content where appropriate
Skills & experience required:
- 3 years' digital marketing experience
- At least 5 years' in a marketing role
- Experience in web marketing and digital analytics
- Pro-active work style
