We're looking for a passionate and qualified Dispensing Optician to join a stylish, modern independent practice renowned for delivering exceptional patient care, expert dispensing and luxury eyewear.
The Role
As a Dispensing Optician, you'll play a key role in providing an outstanding patient experience, combining your technical expertise with a genuine passion for customer care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a first-class customer journey from consultation through to collection
- Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
- Providing expert advice on frame styling and lens options tailored to each patient's lifestyle
- Taking accurate measurements to ensure the perfect fit and visual outcome
- Adjusting, fitting and repairing spectacles
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Assisting with contact lens teaches where required
- Building long-term relationships with patients through exceptional service and product knowledge
